OUTDOOR RETAIL & MERCHANDISING ASSOCIATE

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, enjoys hospitality and helping people. This role combines customer service and sales with keeping our shop looking fresh, organized, and inspiring. This position is a mix of sales, customer service, merchandising, and content creation.

You’ll help customers discover outdoor apparel and gear, create and refresh in-store displays, merchandise new arrivals, help capture photos and content for social media, and keep the shop looking fresh and inviting.

Retail and or merchandising, hospitality experience a plus.

CAFE TEAM MEMBER

Join our crew if you dig great coffee, great people and a good vibe! Cafe TEAM MEMBERS take orders, prepare food, beverages, liquor and specialty coffee drinks. Team members must be willing to work independently and as a small team in a fast paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Must be outgoing, energetic and able to be on your feet for 6-8 hour shifts. Successful team members are self-motivated, take direction as needed, have a strong work ethic and are punctual.

Schedule:

  • Part time to full-time (20–30 hours/week)

  • Mix of mornings, afternoons, and some evenings

  • Weekend availability required

  • Year-round commitment preferred
